Shipping Policy

At ImpleXcorp, we manage shipping and dispatch logistics to guarantee efficient deliveries and quality of service. Therefore, you will always be aware of the tracking of your order and delivery time. Additionally, we handle the best shipping companies that guarantee the certainty of product arrival.

In the shopping cart you select any of these shipping methods (Fedex, UPS and DHL) to process the shipment. Our system will take care of processing the order and we will ship it according to the scheduled shipping date. When confirming your purchase you will receive your order data along with your order tracking data, each time the tracking is updated, your automated order will be updated to your email so that you will be notified immediately.

Note: When your order is in the hands of the shipping company, it is important to take into account that any claim is requested from the same shipping company with your tracking data to confirm the status of your order.

Digital Product Shipments (Licenses):

They relate only to digital products that are sent by email associated with your registered purchase. Licenses are sent to email because they are digital and not tangible. At the end of your purchase, the system will take you to leave your personal data and Email to send the license of your order. You must correctly enter the data for the shipment to be successful, reminding you to check your spam or spam.

How to know if my order was dispatched?

2.- Email bounce: From experience, our system has detected email bounces associated with private domains of third parties or business domains. Ex: @ mycompany.com. We recommend that you have our domain @ ImpleXcorp.com as a trusted domain on your email server so that you can receive your order without bouncing. On the other hand, we recommend that you register your purchase with a personal email such as: @ hotmail.com @ outlook.com @ gmail.com. These email domains will never have a problem receiving your order.

Physical Product Shipments:

Physical products are all tangible items that have shipping and postage costs in our online store.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Items out of the warranty period.
  2. Items washed, used, without labels or misused.
  3. Articles under the following categories:

Custom items, Custom items. Check the specific return policy

Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops, 3D Printers, Smart Robots

Jumpsuits, Underwear and Sleepwear, Swimwear, Jewelry and Accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

Liquidation items, Disposable Items.

Before making a return request

For any reason, if you wish to cancel your order while the order is in the shipping process, you must wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. Because cross-border shipping involves complicated procedures, national and international customs clearance, and local and international carriers and agencies.

If you refuse to receive the delivery package from the postman or do not pick up your delivery package at your local post office, our customer services will not be able to judge the status of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to customer’s personal reason (such as wrong address / non-recipient, customer refuses to accept payment of package tax / payment), we will contact you to re-pay the shipping postage (via PayPal) and arrange reshipment. However, please note that no refund will be issued in this situation.

Return and Refund Address

Return address: You must send your returned products to our warehouse in the USA. Please always contact us before returning items by Submitting a Ticket to obtain a Product Return Form with the corresponding return address.

Refunds: The refund will be issued to your PayPal account or form of payment issued.
