Our guarantee policy is comfortable and adapts to all audiences. Take into account the circular warranty logo that each product has along with its respective warranty period. Said time uses the satisfaction that in that period, we are responsible for any product malfunction or damage.

On the other hand, if you place your order not through our online store but through a price list. You should be aware of the warranty time that such a price list contains, with its product code, price and warranty time.

What does the guarantee imply?

Note: It is important to note that the products with a shorter warranty period have a lower price. If a product has a longer warranty period, it is evident that its value is higher compared to other similar products.

Warranty Requests:

Remember that you can request guarantees from your InfiniExpoPc user account, within the purchase order that you wish to order for the guarantee. Warranty requests must be requested through the user account, such requests will not be processed outside our system or by any other means. If the product is out of the warranty period, the warranty request will not be possible.

Refund Conditions:

Digital Products:

We refund digital products if they do not meet your requirements or the product is found to be defective. In order to obtain a refund, you must request it to: indicating by email the failure or error of activation of the product along with screenshots attached to it.

Physical Products:

We refund products with quality problems, make sure that the returned products are not in use and are in the original packaging. Before the refund is made, you must return the product to our address (the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer). All return requests must be authorized by our finance department before being sent to our returned address. Our team will not be able to process any returned items without a product return form.
