We accept refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. All customers must return purchases in its original condition. “We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.”

Undelivered or Wrong Address
Although shipping is free for certain products when shopping at ImpleXcorp, any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will not charge you to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will not refund your payment.
When a Product is undelivered, customs return the item to the supplier address. When Item is returned, money can be refund. When a Product is lost or cannot be tracked, usually we refund the money

We refund when product is returned.
All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
We can exchange product for another one listed in our store.
When client places an exchange item for any reason, wrong product delivered or mistake in the purchasing item. Customer must return the item to our Warehouse to be delivered and then we proceed to dispatch the correct item you wanted.

For Physical Products:
We refund products with quality problems, make sure that the returned products are not in use and are in the original packaging. Before the refund is made, you must return the product to our address (the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer). All return requests must be authorized by our finance department before being sent to our returned address.
