At first, Far Cry seems to be just another FPS. But once we put that first impression aside, we are faced with an incredible action game, which uses the surprisingly vast open-world environment to its fullest extent. The line of sight only reaches, according to the creators of the game, more than 800 meters, leaving other titles far behind while we observe the fabulous exotic bays or the jungle covered with brush, which impress with the amount of detail and the quality of their images.

The main character, a former Green Beret, Jack Carver, wanted to break away from life in a big city and established a small transportation business in the South Pacific.
