Devil May Cry 5 PC is another entry in the popular series of slasher games developed by Capcom.
The previous game in the series, 2013’s DMC: Devil May Cry, was developed by Ninja Theory. The fifth entry was created by the authors of the previous entries in the series, including Hideaki Itsuno, a developer of the RPG Dragon’s Dogma.

The developers introduced some new features, including sandbox features. While designing the world, the developers were inspired by Dragon’s Dogma.

Although the game is not a typical sandbox, the maps offer much more freedom than before.

Because of that, the protagonist’s movement outside of combat has been improved and geared more towards the familiar Bayonetta mechanics (the protagonist is not limited by a stamina bar, however). Although the game is not short of spectacular scenes, they are not based on QTE sequences.
