The WS X299 SAGE allows you to install up to four dual graphics and supports 4 way NVIDIA® SLI ™, AMD CrossFireX ™ and next generation graphics technologies such as NVIDIA® Quadro®. With a performance of up to 15.23 TFLOPS *, NVIDIA® Quadro® is the perfect complement to carry out design, modeling, medical research, simulation and rendering applications with the WS X299 SAGE.
ASUS Control Center
The WS X299 SAGE incorporates the ASUS Control Center (ACC), a monitoring platform included in commercial ASUS products such as servers, workstations and signaling solutions. ACC enables administrators to remotely monitor the status of multiple computers, update the BIOS, submit programs, and schedule tasks from an intuitive control panel.

From Fan Xpert 4 and UEFI BIOS, each connector can be configured to react to the 3 thermal sensors that the user prefers.
Liquid pump +
A dedicated connector capable of delivering more than 3A for high performance DC or PWM liquid pumps.
All-in-one system
A PWM / DC connector for standalone cooling systems.
4-pin PWM / DC fan
All connectors support automatic detection of PWM and DC fans.
Fan expansion card
Includes three connectors for DC or PWM fans and three thermal probe connectors.

Ultra-efficient VRM heatsink
Designed for 18-core Intel Core X-series processors, the WS X299 SAGE incorporates a competent thermal design that allows the CPU to run at full capacity without temperature issues. Made up of two heatsinks with a larger dissipation surface connected by a heat pipe, this innovative design allows the WS X299 SAGE to be able to undertake any task, no matter how demanding it may be, with guarantees.
Multiple PLX heatsinks
The two PLX chips increase the number of PCIe lanes available for 4-way graphics configurations. On the other hand, to dissipate the temperature generated by this additional traffic, the WS X299 SAGE has another thermal deployment that covers the PLX chips and benefits from the air currents inside the chassis. This design reduces PLX temperatures by up to 20 ° C and enhances system stability.
ProCool power outlet
ASUS ProCool is our new power outlet. ProCool provides a closer and more secure connection than traditional connectors. In addition, it is more resistant, produces a lower impedance, generates less heat and promotes greater energy efficiency.

VROC (Virtual RAID of Intel CPU) eliminates the usual bottlenecks caused by the limit of the DMI bus (32 Gbps), since it allows to use tracks of the CPU to configure a RAID system with blazing speeds.
